Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team.
This role will work closely with our IT infrastructure team to ensure timely and effective support for our growing organization.

About the Role:
* Mentor and support the service desk team in providing timely and effective support to customers.
* Create a positive customer experience using various communication channels, such as helpdesk, email, and phone.
* Monitor and maintain systems to ensure they run effectively and efficiently.
* Provide level 1, 2, and 3 support, including migration, implementation, configuration, and deployment of servers.
* Work on server and workstation management, network management, and database administration.
* Contribute to the development of support documentation and assist in managing the deployment and security of desktop and mobile devices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with Windows virtualized servers, Exchange services, and SQL Server database administration.
