About the Role
Brink's Australia is seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer to join our Kalgoorlie team. This full‑time position involves the secure collection, transport, and delivery of valuables throughout the Kalgoorlie area.
As part of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and efficiency of Brink's services for a range of financial, retail, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain weapon safety and compliance with WA firearms regulations
Operate armoured vehicles in accordance with company and legislative requirements
Follow standard operating procedures for loading, unloading, and custody transfer
Provide professional customer service during collections and deliveries
Uphold strict security awareness and incident‑response standards
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in armed or high‑value security operations preferred
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads safely
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, disciplined, and safety‑conscious
Essential Qualifications
Certificate II in Security Operations (minimum)
Certificate III in Security Operations (desirable)
Current National Police Clearance Certificate
