Counsellor - Mental Health Professional
As a Counsellor within our Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. We are a specialist behaviour solutions provider, catering to clients across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with experts in psychology, psychiatry, and counselling disciplines to deliver high-quality service in the areas of behaviour assessment and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on the outcomes of the position
* Work collaboratively with the fulfilment team to enable throughput of clinical service delivery
Mandatory Requirements:
* Professional accreditation (or eligible to be accredited) by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)
* NNS Working with Children's Check clearance
* QLD Blue Card clearance
* Satisfactory NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Satisfactory vaccination status
* Driver's licence
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the area of Counselling within a culturally diverse context
* Group program development and/or delivery
* Registration, or willingness and eligibility to register as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS
* Experience in the area of Counselling in the context of neurodevelopmental disorders in any setting
