Skills And Experiences Overview of role: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on testing with continuous improvement and automation. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Functional Analysts and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions that support our customers and business operations. You’ll be responsible for progressive and regression testing, defect management, automation scripting and supporting release readiness across Salesforce enhancements and integrations Key Responsibilities: As our Salesforce Test Analyst, you’ll be accountable for: Develop and execute test plans, test cases and regression test suites Perform functional, progressive and regression testing across Salesforce enhancements Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution Build and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks Support release management and platform stability activities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quality outcomes Contribute to improving testing standards, frameworks and processes About you: You’ll bring strong testing experience within Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS platforms, along with a proactive and quality-focused mindset. To be successful, you will have: Experience in Salesforce testing and test automation Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar The ability to analyse risks, identify defects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders A collaborative and self-driven approach Tertiary qualifications in IT, Software Engineering or related discipline (desirable) ISTQB or Salesforce certifications (highly regarded) Sound like you?
