Site Engineer – Urban Development (Subdivision Delivery)
Most engineers build projects. At our client, you help create communities. From the earliest stages of land acquisition through to final delivery, every decision shapes the outcome—how the land is formed, how services are integrated, and how efficiently projects are delivered.
As a Site Engineer, you'll sit on the developer side of the equation—working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure subdivision projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected standard.
This is a role for someone who wants to step beyond pure construction—and understand the full development lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as the link between design, construction, and commercial outcomes. You'll:
* Oversee civil contractors delivering subdivision works
* Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance
* Review drawings, methodologies, and staging strategies
* Coordinate with consultants (civil, services, geotech, survey)
* Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
* Identify risks early—particularly around services, ground conditions, and staging
* Support contract administration, variations, and claims assessment
* Contribute to project programming and delivery strategy

About You

* Hold a Civil Engineering degree or similar
