The Opportunity
This is a newly created executive role for a hands‑on, commercially minded Chief Technology Officer who wants to shape the future of a high‑performing real estate business.
At Raine & Horne Maclean, Yamba, Iluka, we are entering our next phase of growth. Technology, data, automation and systems will be central to how we scale, and we’re looking for a leader who can own that journey end to end.
You won’t be stepping into legacy red tape. You’ll be trusted to design, lead and execute a technology strategy that genuinely improves performance, efficiency and customer experience across sales, property management and administration.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Head of Technology & Innovation, you will report directly to the MD and work closely with leadership and frontline teams.
Your remit will include:
* Developing and executing a whole‑of‑business technology strategy
* Leading CRM, ERP, marketing automation and data integrations
* Driving efficiency through workflow automation, AI tools and system optimisation
* Overseeing cyber security, data governance and compliance
* Evaluating, selecting and implementing new platforms and tools
* Acting as the bridge between technology and commercial outcomes
* Building internal capability and improving adoption across teams
* Managing external vendors and technology partners
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need real estate experience - but you must understand business.
You’ll likely bring:
* Proven experience in a senior technology, systems or digital leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate tech into results
* Experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, cloud systems and data
* A practical, hands‑on mindset, not just strategy, but execution
* The confidence to challenge, influence and lead change
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

Remuneration
$100,000 – $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and capability.
