About the Team:
The Major Projects Division (MPD) is a critical component of the NSW Government, providing commercial and financial advice and undertaking due diligence and complex negotiations for the Treasurer and the NSW Government. MPD sits within the Commercial Group and is responsible for partnering with agencies to deliver major capital projects.
About the Opportunities:
This role is available at three different grades: Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Associate. The successful candidate will have experience in infrastructure, energy transition, or project finance at a public or private sector organization, law, or professional services firm. They will also have strong skills in structuring, negotiating, and executing infrastructure and energy transition projects, as well as experience in financial due diligence and corporate advisory.
