The Opportunity
The Events and External Relations Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Monash Business School's strategic engagement goals by delivering high‐level administrative, event coordination, and external engagement support. This role supports a range of professional engagement activities, including corporate events, VIP visits, seminars, conferences, and student recruitment initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the Business School's brand and reputation. Additionally, the Events & External Relations Coordinator works closely with industry partners, potential sponsors, and stakeholders across the Business School and beyond to foster meaningful collaborations and successful engagement outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver end‐end event management, including management of promotions, venues, caterers and other event suppliers as well as stakeholders.
* Streamline and implement effective operational systems.
* Manage priorities and deadlines with precision.
* Collaborate with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to foster collaborations.
* Think critically and use creative flair to deliver exceptional events.
* Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
