Woods & Co has partnered with a well established companyover 30 years of experience, this team is known for delivering high-quality solutions to the construction and plumbing industries, and they're now looking to expand their install team with a reliable and mechanically minded Tank Installer.
Whether you're coming from construction, plumbing, mechanical trades, or another hands-on background this is a great opportunity to join a well-supported crew, get on the road, and enjoy varied, physical work with a strong pipeline of projects.
What's in it for you?
* $35–$40/hr + super (based on experience)
* Consistent overtime – paid at award (1.5x Sat / 2x Sun)
* $90 overnight travel allowance + all expenses covered

What you'll be doing:
* Constructing and installing galvanised steel water tanks on-site
* Reading and following technical drawings and plans
* Travelling across Victoria to various job sites (occasional interstate)
* Working in a tight-knit crew under an experienced team leader
* Maintaining site safety, tools, and professional standards
* Participating in occasional weekend work (overtime rates apply)
* Assisting with other site tasks when installations are paused
What we're looking for:
* Hands-on experience in installation, construction, or similar
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
* Current White Card + Confined Space cert (or willing to get)
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans
* Good communicator and reliable team player
* Forklift/EWP/HR licence or plumbing quals
