Key Responsibilities:
* Lead annual budget development and ongoing forecasting
* Analyse financial performance across multiple sites
* Prepare management reports and provide insightful commentary
* Support month-end close and contribute to COGS, gross margin & operating analysis
* Identify and manage key business risks and internal controls
* Contribute to audit preparation, internal audit activity, and compliance
* Deliver training and build financial capability across the business
What you'll need to succeed
* Accounting/Finance qualification + CA/CPA membership
* Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
* Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards
* Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
* Experience with risk frameworks
* Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
* Adaptability, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to problem‐solving
