The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) who wants to combine technical knowledge with customer interaction.
* Learn how to manage a sales territory across WA and SA.
* Build relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end-users across industries such as mining, electronics, and automation.
* Gain hands-on exposure to real customer projects, guided every step of the way.
* Develop both your technical expertise and your commercial acumen.
* This is a fantastic chance to launch a career in Sales Engineering, with plenty of mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job learning.
About You
We're not expecting years of sales experience! We're looking for someone who is:
* A recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer looking to grow into sales. Experienced candidates considered but not essential.
* Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
* A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Open to travel across WA and SA as you grow into the role
* Excited by the idea of combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction
