Job Overview
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for delivering multiple projects across their entire life cycle, from initiation to completion. This includes scope management, design, procurement of materials, contract management, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
* Main responsibility is to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality parameters.
* Maintain a commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
* Oversee project scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing large commercial construction projects is essential.
* Possess electrical trade qualification, A Grade Electrical Licence and other relevant Project Management qualifications.
* Demonstrate expertise in electrical industry standards and safe work practices.
* Show a well-developed understanding of planning, execution, and financial reporting of projects.
* Hold Construction Induction (White Card) certification.
* Able to pass a Police Clearance.
* Highly motivated, professional with excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and computer skills are necessary.
