St Joseph's School Northam is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Dean of Teaching & Learning. This role involves working collaboratively with Heads of Learning Areas and the Head of Secondary to ensure the effective delivery of quality Catholic education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the School's Vision is upheld, while also contributing to the overall teaching and learning on the Secondary campus. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes, as well as providing guidance and support to staff members.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of Catholic education principles. A current TRBWA registration and Working With Children Check are also essential requirements.
