The Opportunity:
As Principal Town Planner, you'll take the lead on high-impact planning projects, provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders, and mentor a talented team of planners. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on responsibility, influence, and the chance to drive both project and team success.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the delivery of complex strategic and statutory planning projects
* Provide high-level planning advice to clients, authorities, and stakeholders
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
* Represent the consultancy at panels, tribunals, and public forums
* Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering growth and capability
* Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities

What You'll Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning
* Deep understanding of QLD planning frameworks and legislation
