Job Overview
This role involves conducting comprehensive aircraft overhaul, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
* Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft during scheduled base maintenance.
* Perform structural, mechanical, and avionics system overhauls.
* Oversee the disassembly and reassembly of major aircraft components.
Certification & Documentation
Key Requirements:
* Certify the completion of maintenance tasks by issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS).
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
* Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Essential Skills:
* Implement quality control procedures to ensure high maintenance standards.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
1. Possess CASA Part 66 License or equivalent.
2. Hold ASIC card or be eligible to hold Australian ASIC.
3. Experience in Part 145 maintenance.
4. Overhaul Workshop experience.
5. Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
