Administration Officer / Receptionist
This casual position is based in Broadmeadows and Epping, Melbourne. The role involves reception duties, office administration, financial tasks, and administrative support to programs. The successful candidate will manage the day‐to‐day administration of the site, work autonomously and collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Manage reception and front desk operations.
* Perform office administration tasks.

* Provide administrative support to programs.
* Adapt to work at either site as needed.

Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential).
* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
* Problem‐solving and effective feedback management.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of client management systems/databases or ability to learn quickly.
* High level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
