Key Job Details

The Tunnelling Project will deliver the final section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous motorway. The project involves constructing two tunnels and an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee all mechanical activities related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) equipment.


Job Responsibilities

* Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities on TBM equipment.
* Lead and coordinate the mechanical team for optimal performance of TBM operations.
* Conduct inspections, identify mechanical issues, and plan corrective actions.
* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of TBM mechanical systems.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project procedures.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily activity reports.
* Liaise with OEM representatives and subcontractors for technical support.
* Support shift operations to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

* Mechanical Trade Certificate.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical supervision.
* Strong knowledge of TBM systems.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a multicultural workforce.
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
