About the Role
A highly regarded allied health provider is expanding their Bundoora clinic and is now offering 3 new opportunities for junior Occupational Therapists (graduate through to 2 years' experience).
This is a rare role for early-career OTs who want to develop properly in a workplace that genuinely prioritises clinical support, mentorship, and quality outcomes — not KPI pressure.
You'll work with a predominantly paediatric caseload (with optional adult exposure), supporting clients in the clinic while completing community sessions 2–3 days per week for variety and growth. Presentations include Autism, ADHD, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and functional skill-building.
