Slade Health is a national sterile compounding service provider with TGA accredited manufacturing facilities based in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. That means we produce pharmaceutical products from chemotherapy drugs through to sterile antibiotic and patient nutrition products. We receive orders from hospitals which can be tailored to the specific needs of each individual patient, then our Production Technicians process and dispatch these orders to hospitals for use by patients all around the country.
**About the role**:
We have a full-time 12 month contract position available for a Production Technician to work at our Mount Waverley site. This role is rostered Monday to Friday, starting just before 2pm to 10pm, giving you the morning to yourself to pursue the other interests in your life. You will be provided with extensive and ongoing training, and on a daily basis will be responsible for:
- Picking raw materials
- Decontamination of materials
- Printing labels and batch documents
- Compounding/mixing product in the cleanroom
- Checking, packing and labeling final product
- Ensuring completion of documentation
