Administration Officer – Healthy Kindy Kids, will provide administrative support to enable the effective delivery of allied health services across the Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service region.
About The Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
* Provide responsive and professional administrative support to parents and carers, families, Early Childhood Educators, Queensland Health staff, and other relevant program stakeholders.
* Deliver a high‐quality and courteous telephony service, managing incoming and outgoing calls in accordance with service standards.
* Effectively prioritise workload, manage competing demands, and perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
