Your team will be responsible for all finance activities from product development to reporting, journals, and reconciliations.

* At least 5 years of experience working in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or general ledger management within a major bank (e.g., a Big 4 bank)
* Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, guide, and mentor teams
* In-depth knowledge of financial products and how they impact accounting and reporting
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical teams effectively
