About the Role We are searching for an inspiring, results-focused Multi-Site Manager to lead our Gold Coast store cluster. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple locations, championing operational excellence and cultivating a high-performance culture across all teams. Your responsibilities will include driving people leadership, upholding premium visual merchandising standards, and analysing business insights to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies. You will ensure a consistently elevated customer experience across all stores while developing talent through coaching, succession planning, and empowerment. As a regional leader and brand ambassador, you will collaborate closely with senior management to share insights, deliver outcomes, and support the brand's ongoing success.
