Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services in clients' homes and community settings
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation programs
* Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management & strength training
* Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy (highly regarded)
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about person-centred care
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
* NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
