The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead planning and delivery on civil projects ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, within budget and to client satisfaction. The role requires strong technical knowledge, people leadership and communication, while maintaining high standards of project compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Review project specifications, assist with procurement and equipment selection
* Provide ongoing technical guidance to site delivery teams
* Coordinate subcontractors and liaise closely with clients and project stakeholders
* Implement inspection and quality control processes to meet project requirements
* Monitor program progress, reporting, and monthly financial forecasting
* Support bid preparation including tender documentation and delivery methodologies
* Oversee environmental controls in line with project environmental management systems
* Ensure WHS compliance and safe systems of work are implemented and maintained
* Lead project meetings including toolbox talks and team updates
* Manage resources and budgets to achieve cost-efficient delivery

Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years experience within civil construction and/or landscape delivery
* Proven experience leading teams in an Australian construction environment
* Strong capability managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to meet deadlines and drive outcomes under changing site conditions
* Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
* Confident working with HSEQ documentation and compliance requirements
* Strong commercial and technical understanding across civil/landscape disciplines
* Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to influence outcomes
