The Sales Operations Assistant is a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team.


Job Description

As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies

Key Responsibilities include:


Sales & Marketing Planning

We are looking for someone who can assist the Sales Manager in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for the segments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all objectives established in the Organization's Strategic Plan are met.


People Management

This role requires someone who can establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments. The successful candidate will ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.


Financial Management

We are seeking someone who can identify optimal use of resources and educate the team on the same.


Operational Management

The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for identifying prospects for sales deals within targeted markets and preparing and conducting sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will submit monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis as well as daily sales/activity reports.

Key Qualifications include:

* 1-2 years' experience in a sales role
* Strong focus and passion for hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
* Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
* Time management skills with the ability to multitask
