Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Key Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
* Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party app integrations.
* Proficient in Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, custom fields, and Lightning UI.
* Solid experience in reporting, dashboards, and data management tools.
* Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard), and sandbox management.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in agile or project-based environments.
* Must have full Australian working rights.
