Duties:
* Administers training nominations, training registration and training logistics
* Sending Calendar invites and messaging to staff for training
* Sending out reminders / calling staff prior to training
* Requesting Purchase Orders for training (where required)
* Liaising with external training providers to obtain quotes and training course availability
* Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues (onsite and offsite where required)
* Prepare attendance sheets for training
* Maintaining training records (e.g. training lists, schedules, attendance sheets, record pricing)
* Preparing training rooms and keeping them properly set up
* Creating, reviewing and disseminating training material, such as instructional notes, feedback forms and so on
* Preparing reports on training activities and results
* Request purchase orders from the Procurement team (where required)
