As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for attracting top talent for our organization, partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for engineering roles
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a great fit between candidates and job requirements
* Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
* Provide a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding efforts


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
* Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interviewing and communication skills
