* Responding to daily alerts from customer security systems and fixing issues fast (or escalating when needed).
* Remotely administering security systems like a boss.
* Changing PINs, stopping rogue sirens, and saving the day before anyone panics.
* Spotting why a camera image looks blurry before the customer even notices.
* Living and breathing helpdesk tickets - and celebrating a solid day when they're smashed out
* Handling security incidents with lightning speed.
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat - just like a modern human.
* Training customers to get the most out of their systems on PC or mobile, with a professional, friendly touch.
