We work with children, young people and their families (where appropriate) to identify and address therapeutic needs and support transitions to family‐based care settings or reunification. Our assets are more than houses; they are safe homes and therapeutic environments for children and young people in care.
The opportunity
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a newly created role supporting leaders across the South Australian operations. You'll play a key role in delivering day‐to‐day HR support while building your capability in a hands‐on, operational environment.
* Provide frontline HR support and advice to managers
* Assist with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, queries)
* Support performance, engagement and people‐related matters
* Help embed consistent HR processes as the SA team grows
About you
* 2–4 years' experience in HR or a related role
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with managers
* Organised, proactive and keen to learn in a fast‐paced environment
* Industry experience is not essential (SCHADS knowledge advantageous)
