The Opportunity
Due to exciting growth in our inclusive social enterprise café and training programs, we're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Hospitality & Program Support Officer to join our team in Kalgoorlie.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) working Thursday to Sunday, supporting the delivery of catering, training, and hospitality services that empower people with disability through real-world experience.
You'll work closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure a high standard of service, smooth café operations, and a welcoming environment for customers and participants alike.
Award Level: Hospitality Industry (General) Award – Level 3.1
Days: Thursday to Sunday
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Kalgoorlie (local applicants only)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality catering and hospitality services
* Plan menus and support inclusive event delivery
* Lead by example in food prep, cleanliness, and service
* Maintain stock levels and support efficient rostering
* Collaborate with the team to support inclusive training for people with disability
* Provide outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Food Safety Supervisor qualification
* Experience working in a food environment and applying food safety practices
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and maintain high standards
* Strong computer and stock control skills
* Team player with great communication and time management
* Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
