Job Description
We are posting an ad on behalf of our client, Getsu Japanese restaurant and cafe. Position: F&B Attendant Location: Bowral, NSW Salary: $69,000 - $77,000 plus Superannuation As a F&B Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
* Setting and arranging tables
* Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverages lists
* Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
* Serving food and beverages
* Opening bottles and pouring beverages
* Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
* Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
* Delivering exceptional Customer Service.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the service area
* Collecting payments for sales and operating POS machine and cash register
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
