About the role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager who is a natural born leader to come on board with a highly regarded shopping centre based on the Gold Coast. Key role responsibilities: The Centre Manager will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre including but not limited to; tenant enquiries; weekly and monthly reporting; rent reviews and renewals; preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews; manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for success. To be successful for this role, you will have: Minimum 5 +years direct experience as a Centre Manager managing a single shopping centre (or a small portfolio) Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of Facilities Management and Marketing High level of financial acumen Have the ability to manage all stakeholders' expectations, both internal and external Ability to wear multiple hats and deliver on expectations Positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference and can get things done Ability to lead and motivate a team Benefits: You'll have the ability to shape the direction of the centre in the local market with full control of the P&L.
