Overview
Casula, NSW, Australia — Permanent Part Time role across Casula and Warwick Farm group homes, with up to 20 hours per week. We are seeking a passionate individual who will support clients through compassionate care and empowerment.

Responsibilities
* Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
* Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
* Transporting clients in wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
* Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
* Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
Qualifications
* Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
