That Face Place, a leading provider of premium skin and injectable services in Palm Beach QLD, is seeking a skilled Receptionist/Skin Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a unique role that will allow you to utilise your diverse range of talents to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our salon.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Handling all administrative duties such as booking appointments, managing client records, and processing payments
* Providing high-quality skin treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to create a pleasant salon experience
* Proactively recommending retail products and services to clients based on their individual needs
* Collaborating with the broader team to achieve salon targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in a beauty or health-related industry
* Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field, with a strong understanding of skin care and treatment techniques
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming clinic experience
* Strong attention to detail and the capability to multitask effectively
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
* A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience performing advanced skin treatments including IPL, skin needling, and chemical peels
* Basic personal experience with social media platforms and confidence in creating and filming social media content
* Australian work rights are essential for this contract position
