$110,455 p/a + superannuation + salary sacrifice

Full-time - Fixed-term position


About the role:

The Property Management Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating, overseeing and ensuring the effective development and implementation of property management and maintenance strategies across AnglicareCQ's property portfolio.

This position provides leadership and specialist advise across strategic property management, maintenance planning, compliance and contract management, ensuring properties are safe, secure and well-maintained and compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

What will a typical day look like?

* Ensure delivery of property management services in line with the National Regulatory System for Community Housing, National Building Standards, and relevant legislation.
* Lead the development and implementation of the Property Management Master Plan and annual maintenance plans, ensuring properties are safe, secure, and well maintained.
* Oversee bi‑annual property condition reports, site inspections, investigations, and testing activities as required.
* Provide oversight and advice on best‑practice emergency, planned, and responsive maintenance.
* Negotiate and manage head leasing and leasing arrangements, and liaise with lessors, property owners, and their representatives as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Qualifications in building/property management (or related discipline).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team in a similar field.

Other Requirements

* Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
* Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
