Office Admin (Mandarin speaking is preferred)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & HR Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office while providing coordination across HR-related tasks. It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an efficient, well-organized workplace and is passionate about contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations
* Coordinate daily office activities, including supplies, equipment maintenance, courier services, and workplace environment.
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.
* Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits, setting up workstations, and coordinating IT/logistics.
* Assist with travel arrangements, meeting bookings, and office communications.
1. People & Culture Support
* Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including team events, internal communications, and culture-building activities.
* Help implement and maintain HR processes and documentation (e.g., leave tracking, personnel files, org charts).
* Coordinate training sessions, performance review reminders, and other people operations tasks.
2. General Administration
* Maintain administrative records and help track expenses related to office and HR activities.
* Provide cross-functional support as required by the People & Operations team.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or HR coordination.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
* Highly organized, professional, and detail-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
