The Nurse Unit Manager Lvl1 will be a valued member of the Operating theatres Albury to undertake the role of floor coordinator. The floor coordinator is responsible for ensuring the flow of theatres is maximised for the day, safe staffing levels, engage with key stakeholders, and provide exeptional patient care. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to lead a large team
* Organisational and Time Management Skills
* Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing or Leadership and Management (desirable)
