Task & responsibilities
Prepare and cook daily menus, specials, and catering orders
Lead kitchen preparation and oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow and excellent service
Manage ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control to ensure quality and efficiency
Deliver creative, high-quality dishes for dine-in, takeaway and daily specials
Support the preparation and execution of catering orders when required
Plan and create seasonal dishes and daily specials that excite customers
Keep the kitchen organised, hygienic, and compliant with food safety standards
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Qualification & experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar setting
Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Strong culinary and cooking skills
Leadership and team management
