We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team as a Key Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, and providing training to internal staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions, and will be expected to maintain high levels of accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and effective support to customers via multiple channels
* Assist in the creation and implementation of CS policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer feedback and complaints
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment
* Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
