Job Description:
Nine is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Group Strategy & Planning Team and play a pivotal role in driving our company's profitability and efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to use your financial modelling and analytical expertise to influence key strategic and commercial decisions across the organisation.
Day to day you will:
1. Support annual strategic planning and budgeting processes
2. Develop and evolve reporting frameworks for executive and board-level communication
3. Conduct in-depth analysis and financial modelling to understand and explain business issues and opportunities
4. Produce high-quality analysis of data and business drivers to inform smarter decisions
5. Extract insights from numbers and communicate them to various stakeholders
6. Create and present clear, impactful presentations for senior management and business leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a planning, strategy, or analysis role at a large and complex organisation
* A commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Strong financial modelling and quantitative capabilities
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-quality documents
* A CA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification is strongly preferred
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
