Allygroup is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from lawyers at all levels who have experience or a strong interest in commercial law and are looking for meaningful, flexible legal work opportunities.
We partner with a wide range of clients across the corporate, government, and not‑for‑profit sectors and are building a pool of talented commercial lawyers to support growing demand for high‑quality legal services. We welcome interest from lawyers open to Commonwealth or non‑Commonwealth work, and from those seeking:
* Short‑term or long‑term secondments
* Ongoing or project‑based placements
* Flexible engagements or contract arrangements
* Opportunities to work across diverse areas of commercial practice
What We’re Looking For
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Commercial contracting and procurement
* Corporate governance and compliance
* Commercial advisory and transactional support
* Contract negotiation, drafting, and risk management
* Regulatory and commercial frameworks affecting business operations
* Advising government, corporate or industry clients (desirable but not essential)
