Senior Lecturer in Experiential and Work-Integrated Learning

Apply for the Senior Lecturer in Experiential and Work-Integrated Learning role at the University of Melbourne .

Department: Williams Centre for the Advancement of Learning
Salary: Academic Level C – $152,695 – $176,065 p.a. plus 17% super

Base pay range: A$152,695.00/yr – A$176,065.00/yr


Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deliver experiential and work-integrated learning activities across programs.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure authentic practices are embedded within subjects.
* Oversee academic integrity and quality assurance across experiential learning subjects.
* Work with the Employability Team to ensure seamless integration of co-curricular programs.


Qualifications and Experience

* Have a doctoral-level qualification in a Business and Economics discipline.
* Be experienced in developing innovative education programs and curriculum design.
* Have a track record in managing experiential learning activities and industry partnerships.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Be skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enhance student engagement.
