*The Opportunity*
Veolia is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Hunter Water Treatment Operations Alliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of 10 electrical professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across 26 water and wastewater treatment plants.

*What you'll be responsible for*
* Oversee all electrical works including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
* Lead and mentor electrical trades and apprentices in best practices
* Serve as the primary escalation point for electrical and instrumentation issues
* Manage maintenance planning meetings and act as electrical lead
* Conduct fault finding with PLC hardware and software systems
* Perform calibration and maintenance of instrumentation equipment
* Ensure compliance with Australian, Veolia, and Hunter Water standards
* Manage electrical spare parts inventory and contractor relationships
* Audit team member work and maintain safety standards
*What you'll need to be successful*
* Electrical Trade or Engineering Qualifications
* Electrical Supervisors Certificate (License)
* Demonstrated experience supervising electrical maintenance of heavy industrial plant
