About the Role
As RTO Manager, you'll guide strategy and day‑to‑day operations, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll ensure quality outcomes, strong team performance, and sustainable growth across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage RTO operations, compliance, and quality
* Mentor and support a skilled training and admin team
* Drive business development and operational improvements
* Build strong relationships with industry and community partners
* Manage budgets, reporting, and performance outcomes
About You
* Experience in RTO or training management
* Sound understanding of VET compliance and funding
* A commercial mindset and practical approach
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills
* A focus on collaboration, outcomes, and growth
