About the role
Bella Modular is seeking an experienced Production & Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Hopeland, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for managing all production and procurement activities to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our modular construction products. You will play a key part in supporting Bella Modular's strategic objectives and continued business growth.
What you'll be doing
* Oversee and coordinate all production activities, including capacity planning, inventory management and quality control
* Manage the procurement of raw materials, components and equipment to meet production needs
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms while maintaining strong relationships
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
* Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting to the leadership team
* Collaborate with the sales and engineering departments to align production with customer requirements
* Lead and develop a team of production and procurement professionals
What we're looking for
* Significant experience in a production or procurement management role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
* Strong background in inventory control, materials management and lean manufacturing principles
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
* Ability to analyse data and drive process improvements
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to developing high-performing teams
