As an Agent Freight Operations, you will assist with the delivery of Imports and the acceptance of Export Freight to customers. You will deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient performance of clerical duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International).
You'll have
- Strong administrative skills and experience- Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience- The ability to work as a team or independently- Attention to detail- Strong time management skills- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification- The ability to work a rotational shift roster- An unrestricted Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Airside Drivers Licence- Previous experience in a logistics, freight or airline environment (Desirable)
