Opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist in Regional Queensland
We're seeking a Licenced Pharmacist to work in a hospital setting, offering an ASAP start for 2 months.
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive pharmacy team, contributing to clinical pharmacy services, medication reviews and day-to-day operations.
The role involves:
* Clinical pharmacy services in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology
* Medication reviews, discharge counselling and ward rounds
* Day-to-day operations and patient care
To succeed, candidates require current AHPRA registration, at least 6 months' experience in Australian hospitals and confidence with systems like iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar.
