About The Role
As the Venue General Manager of our Lane Cove store, you'll lead from the front – building a robust, positive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. You'll bring structure, energy, and consistency to the venue, making it a place your team loves to work and your customers love to visit.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver and uphold an outstanding guest experience
* Lead, develop, and inspire your team to perform at their best
* Ensure excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation
* Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver robust commercial results
* Recruit, train, and retain top talent
* Build local connections and drive community engagement
Who We're Looking For
* An experienced Venue Manager or Store Manager in hospitality or retail
* Confident managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L)
* Passionate about coaching and developing teams
* Energetic, hands‐on, and people‐first in your leadership style
* Ready to grow with Yo‐Chi
