About the role
BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Eastern Suburbs – Camberwell, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Ringwood and Hawthorn.
You will deliver evidence‐based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

About you
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated abilityto assess and deliver individualised physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting
* Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated computer literacy

* Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third‐Party Property Damage Insurance.
